I believe that your friendship is the first part of the best relationships, and in my opinion the best part.
I want someone I can't wait to see everyday. Someone that I can everything with. Someone who knows that no matter what, even in the wrong, I will always have their back. Some guys have guy friends that they confide in, some girls have girl friends that they share their thoughts with but as for me, I will have a bestfriend and she will know everything, as I know it.

I absolutely believe that your partner should be your best friend. They are the person you know you could discuss anything with because they know you well enough to understand where you are coming from and won't misunderstand or judge you, and they actually LISTEN to you. And they can expect the same things in return. I've never had a female friend who came anywhere near being that for me, but the men in my life have been exactly that. This is how intimacy develops between a couple, the kind that binds you together for a lifetime. There will come a time when youth will fade, but this will remain.

I was talking with a friend the other day and she told me that before marring with her actual husband, that they were friends for a year, so they knew each other very well when they married. She said that after some weeks of marriage, the passion decreased but they still wanted to be with each other and had a lot of things to talk about because they were best friends before marriage, they dont get boring and when they need to talk she say that they dont have any problem because they are more than a husband and wife and that supports their marriage.

I think if there isn't as very strong, solid friendship in place it's not going to last.

Must be like The Wonder Years, that meeting in the classroom in third grade and going all thru schooling sigh, sweethearts...... awwww, OHoh wait, cancel that, Winnie and Arnold broke up in the end, that time being, after 9-10 years of shows, broke up in show's final episode when both are graduating high school. well, it sounded so good for a minute there, eh, peeps
