Ive had people go nuts for this salsa and its easy to make. the best part is you can change it a little to suit your taste. 1/2 well chopped cabbage, about 10 chopped tomatoes{ i use the small romas} 1 bunch calantra well chopped, 1 lg onion chopped, 2 avacodos chopped, 1 TbL finely chopped garlic, mix together, add about the juice of one lime, Then add tabasco sauce to you taste. mix and serve with white corn chipps and sour cream on side.
