But the headset would not be allowed in the courtroom
It would actually be pretty cool to see if it would really work though

Hmm... The lawyer is always supposed to take his client's side. If the computer is strictly logical, it might give the client advice which goes directly against his case.
"Apologies sir or madam. Precedent is clear, even if it is against your interests. Your ethics are questionable and your logic is faulty. Please fire me and get a human who will lie for you."
