Keeping history simple is making every thing agree with God's Word.
A KISSed correct understanding of history does not disagree with a correct interpretation of GW,
and after conducting a review of the HOB, in post #194 I began boiling it down or sifting it finer,
in order to identify the most significant people we might want to commit to memory.
I cited God, then A&E, and now I cite the Sumerians as significant,
because their culture was among the earliest polytheistic civilizations
out of which Abraham was among the earliest monotheists, and this
theological watershed has been a major part or influence in the HOB.
