A local pastors advice troubles me...

Ppl ARE discipling him. And He will grow and mature, God willin'! Why not pray for him and extend grace to K., he needs all the grace from God he can get! Same for Justin B. and others in that Godless biz!

What I would suggest, if I read correctly, is for you to go your Pastor and let him know your truths. If you approach him from a spiritual perspective.. He should receive and honor that. IF he wants that music to be played still, OFFER to allow someone else to "take the lead".
You can not compromise to appease the Pastor. He will be in the judgement line behind somebody too.
Do what you need to do and be right with GOD.... don't fear what the feedback, or consequence.
Do not be OFFENDED, by his belief, respect his and STAND..

As Christians, we should STILL be able to coexist, without the threat of being a target, or fired.

It was very eye opening and I already suspected what the agenda was behind this movement.
The trouble we have is people arguing that we don’t know what’s in Kanyes heart etc etc...
but are we not supposed to expose evil? Especially evil that is leading good people astray and to literally worshipping the Antichrist? It saddens and irritates me.

I’m really going to try and focus on Gods word and limit my time online, I think that’s the lesson I can take from all this.

Are you talking about the ministry on the documentary?

I have prayed and will pray for workers of Satan to come to Christ.
Kanye knows exactly what he’s doing, and I’m sorry but it’s not right at all.
I strongly suggest you watch the documentary posted by @WithinReason in this thread. It will definitely open your eyes.
 
When we look back at Exodus Chapter 32, we see that only one tribe of twelve walked away from their own self righteous idol building bondage. Just one! It is the same today! There is a way that seems right to man, but the end of that way is death (Proverbs 14:12, 16:25). There is only one Way that God sees as right for ALL men, and that is the Way of His Son, Jesus Christ, The Way of Righteousness, that being the Way of the Cross! Those who are a part of THAT faith, are supporting THAT faith!

Only one tribe of the twelve tribes of Israel came out from among the Golden Calf worshippers in Exodus 32. The Way of the Cross might feel lonely, but we are never alone!

In Revelations 2:20, the Church of Thyatira, Jesus address the Pastor for the sin of saying nothing. He told the Pastor that he allows that woman Jezebel to teach and seduce His servants. The Pastor first tolerated certain sins, then conformed to it, and finally accepted certain sins. He saw what was going on in his Church (worldliness) and allowed it; Christians drinking alcohol, Christians listening to secular music, Christians watching certain things on television, Christians bringing the world point of view into the Church, etc..

I am preaching to my self because my flesh is weak...Jesus save me!!!!!!!

If it sounds good, has good lyrics and brings glory to God. why not. Kanye has said some blasphemous things in his past, but people can change. It would be unfair to say God i will change for you and you do over time but then condemn someone in the same boat. It comes down to the focus of the music and lyrics. Kayne is married to Kim Kardashian. She is a faithful tither and really believes in God. It takes one to know one in this case. Give him a chance i say.
