It looks like a rehash of the other game you designed. How did that one work out? I know that you put a lot of effort in your games but the truth is that there is almost a zero chance that anyone will play the game. Besides that, it has 75 rules, is to complicated, time consuming and doesn't seem like it would be any fun at all.
