A prayer for my boy

I have the most amazing son ever he is so kind and good he has not one bad bone in him but I worry for him. He is 18 and tries every day to get a job but nothing he must of applied for hundreds of jobs but with no luck. I worry because he is such a happy boy and I can see it is chipping away at him and he is becoming sad. Also he doesn't have any friends really so I think a job would be really good for him not only for his finances and confidence but also will help him meet others. Please pray for my beautiful boy its so unfair he puts everyone infront of him when help is needed he is the first there he deserves a brake.

You are a loving father, just as our Heavenly Father is. :) So I will pray.

Dear Father in Heaven, We need help for a young boy who is entering into manhood. We ask you Father, to please see his efforts and bless him with many rewards. We ask that you give him the strength that he will need to become a successful member of society. We ask that his spirit grows and that he always puts others ahead of himself. We ask that when the time is right that you give him a spouse with a heart of gold. We ask that he is blessed and that he will continue to be a blessing to all that he comes in contact with. We ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen
 
I will pray for your son. Has he thought about volunteering or asking for an internship somewhere, sometimes potential employers are impressed if they can see that although someone has no work experience, they have still been trying. Volunteering is also good for networking and it helps build a base of people that would write a good reference.
 
May the Lord make a way for him and cause people to love him and favor him anywhere he goes. Your son is blessed in Jesus name. Amen

I join everyone here in praying for your lovely boy. I ask the Lord to provide for your son in a miraculous way, that he will know the Lord has His hand on his life and that he will walk in the promises God has for him, may He bless him and give him purpose. I also ask the Lord to bless your relationship, draw you closer still in this difficult time, giving you both peace and comfort, growing in love and faith. God Bless you, precious daughter of the king! I know He will bless your faithfulness and your desire to depend on Him for all your needs and your endless hope that all will be well. :) <><

Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you" declares the Lord,"plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Father God I lift up Bobo and her son to you, I join in agreement with the others praying, that You will provide employment for this young man speedily. That you will bless him in all ways and cause him to be viewed with favor. Thank You that right now you are making a way for him. In the name of Jesus, whose name is above ALL names,(unemployment is a name) I ask and claim Jeremiah 29:11 for him. Amen
 
Hi Bo, I wanted to check back and see how things are going for your son. He might find something at Kelly Services or Manpower. I worked for Kelly Services and got hired at two of the places I worked. One was Spartan Grocery Stores, I temped and then was hired to do billing. When I had kids I quit working for awhile but I had to go back to work when they were young so I went back to Kelly Service, temped at Chase Bank and got hired there. I'm in Michigan but I know that Ford Motor will book people thru Kelly so they could see what kind of employee was without having to hire them.

I think Manpower is more geared to industrial than office work unless your boy is a really fast typist.:) It might be worth a try. I'm remembering you and your son in my prayers and expecting the Lord to come thru.

No offense but it is not trusting God, to worry, your discouraged but do not put yourself under the feet of the enemey, it should be the opposite, Luke 10:19. Don't worry, it is sowing seeds, that are coming back to you over and over a hundred fold, and the enemey is busy throwing the chips back into from. Start confessing he will get employed. Write it down daily, if need be, make a spiritual contract saying he will find a job, and the plan will unfold that God has for his life, sign it date it, and let him sign it. It is faith into action, agreeing, with him, not feeling sorry for him. It is scriptural to do this, as it specifies, bring your petitions, and prayers, to the Lord, and trust him, and the peace of the Lord will guard your heart and mind, and his. We all want the best for our family. Put him into God's hands, he is able to provide, you cannot carry this burden neither in your hands or heart, for "cast your cares upon the Lord." It is making a way through the darkness, and the wilderness, in a desert like atmosphere that is called earth. Living waters are there, be bold and very couragous, and if it is the time for him to yet be by your side, then rejoice. Thank you Lord, that he has such a mom, that would pray for him, run your spirit through the weeds, destroy the lack, and let the seeds of hope, faith, and expectation that you will provide, bring a harvest, in Jesus name.

Ask him to learn to repair PCs. I do this and serves me to get some money to live by. I receive dozens of "job opportunities" but many are ABROAD, so let your kid know some "chances" are outside too (I tried 5 months in Colombia, and I wish I move somewhere else). I told this just to avoid local sadness!
 
Father God I pray you open a door for this young man to get a job and come to know you as his strength comfort and hope. May he learn to come to you with each and every need. In Yeshua's holy name I pray amen.
