Going to bed soon head up, but I'll wait a little while, abotu a half hour, to read your last word Lynx.
For there is one Person of the Father; another of the Son; and another of the Holy Ghost.
But the Godhead of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, is all one; the Glory equal, the Majesty coeternal.

Oh and by the way Saint Athanasius wasn't in the RCC, he literally held the office equivalent to what would end up becoming the RCC (Bishop of Rome) in the Early Church. The Early Church was governed by several bishopricks which the Apostles set up, the Bishop of Rome is what became the RCC. He wouldn't be under the RCC though even if you try to stupidly retroactive it, he'd be equal in Authority to the proto-pope (bishop of Rome) and was a pope of his own bishoprick. The RCC and EOs didn't really exist distinct from the Early Church until around 1000 AD when the Great Schism occured and they claimed "Papal Primacy" it is called, but that's like a whole big other can of worms (one might dare pun a diet of wurms). The bishoprick of Alexandria and basically Africa was Saint Athanasius jurisdiction and sadly fell into heresy centuries after him and then got destroyed utterly by the muslims. The catholic or universal church continued through the West and East churches and became the RCC and EOs. The Protestant Reformation comes 500 years roughly then after that, but the actual Protestants weren't rebelling against God or the thelogy of Christianity, which is why they all hold the Athanasian Creed, they basically just had a disagreement about church politics essentially. It's ironic but the Protestants that hold the Athanasian Creed are also Christian legitimately via the RCC as their church-parents that gave them the dna of the Apostolic Succession. Praise Jesus.
