Accept what Jesus brings to you.
It’s no good giving in to the temptations. Quit excusing ourselves. Let’s resist facing the problem with Jesus. Don’t tolerate putting off the problem. It isn’t worth setting on bad feelings.
So, endure being put through a series of probations in order to have the heart clean up (as David asked to the Creator):
Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me, and know my thoughts, and see if any wicked way is in me; and lead me in the way everlasting.” (Psalms 139.23,24).
Have a nice weekend with Jesus and never be fear of what He has for you: your belly maybe become bitter, but your mouth (including your tongue which no one can control - James 3.8) will be full of sweet words (Rev 10.10) that will be used by Jesus for your justification.
- “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, in order to prove by you what is that good and pleasing and perfect will of God.” (Rom 12.1).
