Really, I have NO justification to believe that the New Testament physical supernatural manifestations of the Holy Spirit has ceased.

None?

Really, I have NO justification to believe that the New Testament physical supernatural manifestations of the Holy Spirit has ceased.

None?

So these tangible supernatural events have been going on for 2000 years and is even occurring today?

Again, what is wrong with you?

Do you think you are fooling people by changing the question to "gifts of the Spirit"?

Do you think you are fooling anyone by not addressing the example of alerting people of the snowfall?

Rain and umbrella? Is this the best you have?

Again, with scripture address your claim that the physical supernatural manifestations of the Holy Spirit are still active today.

Not with conjecture about the "perfect" but real scriptures.

The "ilk" that believe your nonsense are making a mockery of the Holy Spirit.

Babble and parlor tricks are not of the Holy Spirit.
Why does this subject bother you so much? No one here is demanding that you speak in tongues. You have a form of godliness but you deny the power of God. I've witnessed and experienced too many miracles to doubt the reality of God's power to heal and do miracles.

You cannot prove to me that speaking in tongues, a gift of the Spirit, or any of the other Spiritual gifts have ceased. You have NO justification for that claim. Unless, of course, you are perfect. And since you are ignorant of the power of the Holy Spirit, you are not perfect.

You have to prove your claim because God's word does not support it. Your snowfall example is absurd. I changed it to rain because we don't get snow where I live. Mockery? Saying that the Holy Spirit has packed His bags and gone home? While the reality is that the Holy Spirit is still active today? Calling His manifestations babble and party tricks? You are the mocker.

Why does this subject bother you so much?
The labeling of babble as a physical work of the Holy Spirit is mockery.

No one here is demanding that you speak in tongues.
And???

Besides, groups such as the United Pentecostals do require it as a sign of salvation.

You have a form of godliness but you deny the power of God.
I can say the same for you.

Jeremiah 14:14

And the Lord said to me: “The prophets are prophesying lies in my name. I did not send them, nor did I command them or speak to them. They are prophesying to you a lying vision, worthless divination, and the deceit of their own minds.

This verse warns us of people such as you who claim their words are supernatural and are coming directly from God.

I've witnessed and experienced too many miracles to doubt the reality of God's power to heal and do miracles.
Mormons and other cults say the same thing. Welcome to their club.

You cannot prove to me that speaking in tongues, a gift of the Spirit, or any of the other Spiritual gifts have ceased. You have NO justification for that claim.
I also cannot prove to you how many angels can dance on the head of a pin. Do you have any evidence that we are still living in an age of New Testament physical supernatural manifestations?

Unless, of course, you are perfect. And since you are ignorant of the power of the Holy Spirit, you are not perfect.
Simple drivel.

I live in the real world, a world of faith without sight.

A world that by your own admission you cannot experience.

Remember this: "I've witnessed and experienced too many miracles to doubt the reality of God's power to heal and do miracles."

You and your supernatural words are the mocker.
