My grandfather died in '07 from cancer after a 4 year struggle. Heres the thing though. The day he died, the whole family gathered around him and spoke to him one last time. Then all of a sudden there was this bag pipe player, dressed in a kilt. He lived in a condo at retirement home in the middle of the hood. What are the odds that someone would be playing bagpipes there? It was his favorite instrument and a rare one at that especially in that area. My grandma got the man into his room and he played amazing grace for gramps. Shortly after my grandpa started swinging the air above him as if to stop the angels from taking him away.
He was a great man, and very dear to the church. i belive that it was a sort of gift from god to him, something to help ease his pain as he travelled to the other side.

Even though I have never met you or your family I can feel the deep love and connection you had with him and I can tell he was a very beautiful and Godly man I hope to meet him very soon

Our creator is so unfathomable in so many ways...

We live in a very weird world. Sometimes I ponder How I could ever doubt Him in anything.
He orchestrates the stars.. matter... thoughts ...its crazy How much he loves us ....He did the same thing for my Grandpa as He did for yours ... My Grandpas favorite sound was a chain saw he cut and stacked wood daily for decades on His property. when He passed we had a small grave side funeral in the little island cemetery plot and yup Someone at that very moment of silence decided to be inspired by God ..I am sure, to start up a chain saw and we could all rejoice Grandpas was happy ...

God is so alive I think the more room I give Him to be His awesome miraculous and let in His interventions the more our Holy Father can bless His loved ones ...I am so glad you Have believed... I Hope you have many testimonies to come <>< little sis

it's the subtle things that God does that makes Him so real in our lives

I have heard Amazing Grace on the bagpipes before. What a way to leave this life!
