About one week ago,one of my friends told me that the church i have atened for more than 5 years got cancelled by the government.I could not believe it,i did not want to believe it neither.That Sunday because of my compliment working for China Duanwu festival,i did not have time to check by myself.It was Sunday yesterday again,i got notifacation from another frined i could not go to the place i worshiped with people as usual.I was a little bit sad,but i felt more peaceful because God clearly told me He was with me,He would be with everyone who trusts His name.
"Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.(Matthew 18:19)God always provides,God always fullfil our deires when we take delight in Him.Eventually 2 of my friends came to my apartment,they new christians,we read Bible together,sang athems together.It was church,but not church in many people's mind.Truly it was church,because we are all parts of. Jesus' body.Ok,util now,there might be many people would judge about Cinese government again,judge about chinese christians again,doubt how could we trust in God in such a condition.But what i wnat to say here is i want to praise God.Thanks to God to put us in this kind of conditon.
Sure we do not have deep and profound christiananity background.We do not have so many churches as western coutries.We do not have so much freedom to worship like many sisters and brothers in this world.But i really thank God for this.We could really know how precious His salvation is when we need to fight,we do not just fight,but experience God more.Hard time is always good time to glorify God.When my sistersa nd brothers could worship in a small room,not fall down when we do not have paster,don't have instrument,do not have big space.Then what we can see is only God,what we could hear is only His voice.Our faith really got strengthened,our spirit got refreshed.Here i have 2 more things to share with all family memebers around the world.
From my church story,it is normal to have this kind of problem to home church here.We have 2 kinds of church,one set up by government,the other one just established by believers.The church i atend is the second one.But the mor eimportant i want to say here as follows;
Please chrish your blessings from God if you are free to go to church.You are christain,but you do not atend church regularly,whatever reasons are just excuses.We go to church for God only,also to encourage each other.I do not say to get encouragement here.Because many people would say;Oh i have atened to one church for months or years,but no one would talk to me.I do understand so well because i have the same experience.But In Bible,the way you want to get from people,you must do the way to others first.Jesus loved us and died for us when we were enemies with Him.We are christians,christain means young or small Christ.Please forgive me if i do not express correctly because i am a CBC(China born Chinese).Sorry for my Chinglish.Christian's life should live like Christ.We follow Him means we must act like Him.So we He would be really happy if we give love first,we talk to people first,we love first,we give first.It is not hard only when you remember we already have Jesus' unonditional love,His life,His salvation,His power.
The second thing is about unreached nations by gospel.Everyone can easily search information about 10-40 windows.Most of the people who have not heard about Jesus in this world live there.Most of the people here can get information about Jesus if we want.But the people here,most of them can not have any chance to know.During my time typing here,i do not know how many people died without knowing God.Most of the poorest people also live here.They are the nations need love,need help,need salvetion.I do not think each of us could be like Paul to be missionary there.But we can pray for them to be part of God's salvation plan.(Acts1:8)But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."I really feel so blessed when i think in the nations of 10-40 windows,the unreached nations by gospel.I also feel thankful and grateful to God for sending missionaries to China.There is a story abot one famous missionary Hudson Taylor.One time,when he shared gospel with one Chinese guy,the guy asked him a question"how long has the gospel been shared in your country.Then Hudson ansered:"around 200 years"Then the guy was like" Oh my goodness,why are you here so late?It is such a good news,but my great great grandparents,my grandparents,no one of them heard about it.They just died without salvetion,why are you here now?Why do not you come here earlier?‘
To love is to give,to serve.Jesus crucified for our sins.He came here to save all nations.He wants everyone to be saved,He also wants to use everyone of us.Let us pray.
My heavenly Father.Thanks for your salvation,thaks for your love for me such a sinner.I praise your name o high.I confess that i often get in the sin of self-seeking and pride.I often could not hear your voice but lies from the world,i could not see your kingdom but the things from the world.You are able,you are big.Your will is always great.You want too save all people,not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.We are so weak and sinful,but You still love us by your only son's blood.We do not deserve your grace.We could really feel how you love the people who have not known you through your love for us.I pray that more sisters and brothers would have more compassiona and burdens for the muslims,Buddhist etc.I also pray that more sisters and brothers would be willing to go to conmfort the weak,help the poor.In Jesus' name i pray,amen
