Again, I'm so sorry, I won't do it again,
I messed up again, the same way again.
I repent again so please forgive me again.
Forget my sins again, once more, again.
If the sin is scarlet, the again is burgundy,
Crushed from all the agains that burden me.
But agains will again, and again I'm fearing it,
I'm sick of saying it as you must be hearing it.

I once read a poem, don't recall when or by whom, that portrayed Christ celebrating every heart felt "again" we offered to him. It went something like, "Do you know how many times I have rejoiced when you once again returned to me." I have searched but can't find it.
