The vulgarity that movies and comedians pushed the envelope on in the 80s and 90s turned me away from cable TV.

I'm not presbyterian but I used to enjoy occasional speeches of Pastor Ian Paisley in Parliament.
Sorry i've not looked in for a while friend, had some difficulties to sort but think things are looking up at last. Think you might be interested in this podcast, it's Jacob of Winepressnews with Geopolitics and Empire:

It's good to hear from you and that those challenges are looking better. I'm going through some serious ones of my own too.

Thanks for the podcast and will listen.

Bless you friend, hope you're ok and have decent people close by for support. Heh! Perhaps we can share our *war wound* stories when they start to amuse a little.
God's blessings and hugs from me for now 🤗

Thanks, 45 Minutes in so far and it's a good discussion on world powers and related subjects.
The older gentleman certainly has more historical value and perspective. The younger has been learning quickly since he said he woke up.

For some reason I couldn't bookmark it where I left off, so I'll come back here to your link to continue later..

China as the Tested-at-Scale Case

Framing note: This section makes a context claim — it establishes that the technical and administrative infrastructure for population-wide transaction surveillance and compliance-based financial restriction already exists and is operating on a national scale, not merely in prototype.

1. The claim being made

"A system doing this, at population scale, on a live national economy, already exists and is expanding." The distinction matters because raw capability is cheap and has existed for years — the relevant question for a "beta test" argument is whether a government has demonstrated the administrative will and operational capacity to run transaction-level monitoring and compliance-based financial exclusion on hundreds of millions of people continuously, not hypothetically.

China is the only nation currently meeting that bar.

2. Scale of the e-CNY (digital yuan)

  • As of November 2025, China had recorded roughly 3.48 billion cumulative digital yuan transactions worth approximately 16.7 trillion yuan (~$2.37 trillion) — a figure that grew more than 800 percent since 2023, making it the largest live central bank digital currency deployment in the world.
  • Effective January 1, 2026, the PBOC moved the e-CNY from a "digital cash" model to an account-based "digital deposit money" model — wallet balances now function as bank liabilities under direct PBOC oversight, interest-bearing for the first time for any CBDC globally. This is a structural shift from a payment tool toward a full account-based monetary layer integrated with the banking system.
  • Reuters reporting (May 2026) indicates the PBOC is not waiting on organic adoption — it is actively directing the currency's expansion into fiscal spending, lottery payouts, green-electricity subsidies, and cross-border trade settlement through policy incentive and direct instruction to banks.
  • Cross-border settlement via Project mBridge — the multi-central-bank digital settlement platform China dominates — has scaled roughly 2,500-fold since early 2022, with e-CNY comprising over 95 percent of settlement volume on that platform. This is the interoperability piece: a live, functioning cross-border rail already exists, independent of Western clearing systems.

Source tier note: These figures come from PBOC official statements, Atlantic Council analysis, and financial trade press (Reuters, Forbes, CCN, The Block).

3. The compliance-enforcement layer

This is the piece that turns a payment system into a control system.

What is not true: there is no single unified "social credit score" applied uniformly to every Chinese citizen.

What is documented:

  • China operates a patchwork of court-enforcement blacklists, tax-arrears databases, and industry-specific compliance registries, cross-linked through a national platform (NCISP) that connects the Supreme People's Court's "judgment defaulter" list with the State Taxation Administration and provincial "red list / blacklist" systems.
  • Consequences are real and financial, not merely reputational: individuals on the defaulter list are blocked from purchasing airline tickets and high-speed rail tickets — a cumulative 23.5 million flight bookings and 5.5 million rail purchases blocked since 2018. Blacklisted entities can be frozen out of financing, government contracts, and securities offerings.
  • A March 2025 State Council/CPC guideline explicitly pushed to unify and standardize enforcement across agencies and entity types — meaning the system is actively consolidating, not static.
  • Enforcement is described as fast and cross-agency in practice — capable of grounding a flight, blocking a school enrollment, or freezing a bank account within minutes once a person or entity is flagged.
  • The e-CNY's Credit Reference Center (zhengxin) — which tracks borrowing and repayment history — operates under the PBOC but is formally described as legally separate from the social-credit blacklist system. For manuscript accuracy: the financial-transaction layer (e-CNY) and the compliance-enforcement layer (social credit blacklists) are administratively distinct systems that are increasingly cross-linked through shared state infrastructure, not a single fused mechanism yet. That convergence — separate systems increasingly interoperating under common state authority — is itself the relevant trend, and it is a fair thing to point to.

4. Why this supports the "tested at scale" argument without overstating it

The composite picture, stated carefully:

  • A live national currency system with real-time transaction visibility to the central bank (e-CNY), now structurally embedded in the banking system.
  • A separate but state-linked compliance system capable of freezing financial access within minutes based on noncompliance criteria (social credit / court blacklists).
  • A working cross-border settlement rail (mBridge) demonstrating this is not confined to one domestic economy.
  • Active, ongoing consolidation of these previously separate systems under unified state direction (March 2025 guideline), rather than a system that peaked and stalled.

Together, they demonstrate that the operational model Revelation 13:16–18 describes — exclusion from buying and selling tied to a compliance/allegiance criterion, applied and enforced through a centralized system — is not speculative future technology. It is a functioning administrative model currently running on roughly 1.4 billion people, with a cross-border rail already built to extend it.

5. The friction points

  • China's system runs inside a single-party state with unified control over banking, telecom, and internet infrastructure. Scaling this to 8 billion people requires either one coordinating global authority, or enough separately-controlled national systems becoming interoperable that they function as a single net in practice.
  • mBridge is the relevant answer to that objection — it is not China acting alone; it is a multi-central-bank platform already demonstrating cross-jurisdictional settlement interoperability at scale.
  • This is the falsifiable form of the claim : the thesis fails if CBDC and compliance-enforcement infrastructure among nations remains fragmented and non-interoperable rather than converging toward shared rails and shared standards over the coming years.

Thank you very much!

Things seem to be really escalating now friend, as this article from WPN demonstrates:

World Economic Forum Says There Are ‘Solid, Rational’ Reasons For Children To Be Microchipped In Their Brains:

He's also republished an article from '22 about microchipping humans:

Seattle-Based Magazine Warns Of ‘Anti-Chippers’ Who Are ‘Awful People.’ Says ‘We’ll Convince Your Children To Get Microchip Implants’:

Suppose there's a little progress with their handling the matter this time; at least they're trying to appeal to our rationality, instead of going for the lowest, common denominator.

God's blessings and all that's good from me for now. 🤗

Major MRI study shows the effects that screen time of 2 hours per day has on children.
What harm is done?.
Are there any benefits?

When I walk past the park I remember the way it used to be before cell phones were ubiquitous. The pool has been almost empty all season. The park system gets millions of property tax dollars per year and they don't know what to do with all of the money, so they tear down perfectly good pavilions to build brand new ones and buildings.
The children must be indoors at home or with caretakers.
It was extremely creepy during the Covid "Lock Down".

What about your towns?
Do you see as many children playing outdoors?

So true friend but think it's creepy on steroids now, i really miss the sound of children playing, it's been quiet the last couple of years. Even Guy Fawkes is silent now, there wasn't even the public fireworks show last year.

Jacob has been a busy lad on WinepressNews, this is the current standout article for me but the front page right now is just stellar.......

Emerging surveillance state and beast system
Date logged: August 7, 2026

Signal:
Tesla and SpaceX (with xAI and Intel as partners) have confirmed Terafab, a semiconductor megafactory under construction in Grimes County, Texas, with a footprint exceeding 100 million sq ft — Musk states 50x the size of the Pentagon at full build-out. Stated investment: $16.8B for Phase 1, up to $119B across all phases (10 phases total per Musk). Stated purpose: chip production for Tesla FSD/Optimus and SpaceX/xAI "AI spacecraft" (space-based orbital compute), targeting 1 terawatt of annual AI compute capacity — described by Musk as ~2% of current global fab output relative to future need.

The only way we need to increase compute 50x from current 2% of what is needed is if you have billions of autonomous robotic applications that require continuous calculations (a robot, a drone, a self driving vehicle). Musk has said he envisions billions of robots, so this is paving the way for that vision. Even though Optimus robots are not involved in military contracts, the robots that are would need a communication system like Starlink (I think the Pentagon's communication via this network is called Starshield) and they would need to be controlled by AI. So this is a necessary component of a "beast system military" and the military has already researched and developed technology that would connect soldiers to an AI in the field where the soldiers could get continuous feeds and military intelligence. So even if they have 100,000 robots, they would also have 450,000 soldiers also receiving real time feeds.

Musk has said that he envisions billions of robots and the compute that he is building this factory for would be enough for about two billion robots.

Feels like the noose is really tightening here friend. The startpage search engine began saying 'verifying your request' before posting results, yesterday or Friday. The govt wants to ban vpns too, which is interesting as i do suspect they're really something of a chocolate teapot.

Definitely not a happy bunny, posting a link to a recent article by Jacob you might not have read yet. Think it's an important one, i too see the direction he thinks things are headed for:

Hope all's good with you and yours, God's blessings and all that's good from me for now 🤗

Brave is another company like Start Page. They are doing the same thing. It's annoying to have to verify your not a bot while it scans isp #s. It's sadly the same with Captcha, etc when simply trying to post .

You are right. They just need a phone number and then they gather lots of personal information. The local municipalities also subscribe to the data mining companies.
