The average non-christian probably does multiple things a week to put themselves into bondage...whatever, you arent sitting here railing about that. You're more concerned with whether John and Ralph down the street are getting married than the homeless man outside your front door. I don't remember Jesus ever saying...Now put everything you have into fighting the gays for surely the world as you know it will end if they wed. Mainly because he didn't. He did say care for the homeless. But then that might involve actual work and not just ranting about homosexuals on your computer.

Well, not so much............see, the thread concerns same sex marriage........not the plight of the homeless..........Surely the plight of the homeless deserves it's own thread.........but, this thread concerns same sex marriage.......just saying

What makes you think there are no absolutes? Your upbringing and education that have told you this? They've lied to you. There is only one truth, one "right" and one God, and He is the God of the Hebrews and the Gentiles, who reveals Himself in the Bible, and He leaves nothing to question.

So now that I understand how it is you come from this viewpoint, I must tell you that you cannot discuss with me from this perspective, since this view is in direct contravention of what I know to be true, not because I know it, but because God said it. If you can't or won't accept that, then you will never understand my perspective, and I will have to reject yours. Sorry.

So attack the righteous and justify the wicked? Call evil what is good and call good what is evil? No! And the issue is not what Ralph and John do in private the issue is that Ralph and John are not be approved in their perversion and encouraged by Christians to live a life of destruction that will destroy them in this life and subject them to the Judgment God will make against the wicked and ungodly....we don't need to approve these folks if we love them, we need to speak the truth in love and tell them of Gods judgment and His Mercy in Christ. As far as my service to others...Im sure God is pleased so don't really care if you are :)

We have enough wickedness in our country, we don't need to approve more!

States should be deciding on this issue and many others.

If the evil fed was kicked to the curb, and the states ran the show and decided what would be allowed or not inside said state, I think we would see a huge change in this nation and would find some states would be very well to do, while others would well resemble Detroit on a large scale.

But states rights will get kicked by the Fed and this gay marriage will be pushed on them. (remember even loony liberal California voted against gay marriage some years back)
 
The Supreme Court has taken the case and will be issuing a ruling. It will be interesting to see whether or not they legalize this immoral generation's devaluation and sacrilege of the holy sacrament of the marriage covenant which began during the "sexual revolution" of the 1960s in the U.S..

Interesting, Justice Ginsburg (the radical feminist, alcoholic, wildly liberal, godless Jewess who issued a 35 page dissent against last year's ruling for religious freedom) has asked to recuse herself from the case due to immense political pressure surrounding her extreme bias and presiding over numerous homosexual marriages.

Imo, this woman is so wickedly immoral that she has no business whatsoever being on any court much less the Supreme Court of the USA.

The law stipulates that she must. Congress directed that federal judicial officers must disqualify themselves from hearing cases in specified circumstances.

Title 28, Section 455 of the United States Code states, "any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned."

Legally, she's supposed to recuse herself from this case. I would argue so is Kagan who's been out performing homosexual weddings.

The problem, of course, is that the people in power now on the left are amoral/immoral conventionalists who sincerely believe that the end justifies the means and that immoralities slated for implementation on their leftist social agenda are fully equitable with actual morality and they are willing to disregard the rule of law to accomplish their objectives.

These people are "anti-Christ" in their beliefs and practices. Correlations between the wicked rulers of ancient Israel can be made.

Now ask yourself, does Nautilus consistently demonstrate the "mind of Christ" with respect to the societal devaluation and sacrilege of the holy sacrament of the marriage covenant or the carnal mind of the immoral pagan world that Paul condemned in Romans and Galatians. (hint: it's the latter).
