In the last couple of weeks, it has been reported that the unemployment rate in Alabama is the lowest in history. As well, wages are being reported as the highest in history. As you might expect, pretty much all the Politicians are touting this news. Politicians on every level in the State are using this information as Campaign fodder, which should be expected.

The wonderful news concerning unemployment rates and wage increases hardly outweith the reality of what is happening here in Alabama; and I suspect, across the Nation. Yet, as one would expect, the Politicians are touting only part of the TRUTH! That part which makes them look good. And, again, sadly, the Republicans here in Alabama are leading the "pack of vultures" otherwise known as our Elected Officials in this "partial Truth" reporting. The real truth is that folks here in Alabama are struggling just as are folks around the Country.
