and it's only going to get worse for him. The billion dollars was for restitution for the damages his lies cost.
It's going back to court in November for punitive damages, and since there is no cap on punitive damages they can potentially take every penny he has, cease his assets, ECT.
This man is evil incarnate and I don't care if he ends up in a cardboard box and this is all said and done because he deserves it

I don't see this type of thing as a left or right incident.

Lying and falsely accusing is wrong on both sides.

Jones was wrong. The amount of money is absurd though.

But I would like to know when liars on the left are going to pay. Much of their lying has been exposed.....I hope the GOP finds some guts to do what needs to be done should they manage to bump out the election fraudsters and wake up out of their coma

He said the families of the victims were lying about the death of their kids. If you can prove in court that someone is lying, that's defamation

No gonna happen.
This is to shut up the non big corporate media. Infowars has always been listener supported. That kept them out of the puppet strings of media mogals, gt agencies and pharma.
Then the rest of the world will be too scared to lose their social credit score rations by speaking or associating with, or listening to others who don't go with their Orwellian program

We've been over this. If someone can prove in court that you lied and said lies cause damages, you can be held legally accountable for defamation and that's what happened here he also profited off of lying and defaming people
But I know you Alex Jones fans are allergic to accountability

People inherit the propensity for aneurysms, including thoracic
aortic aneurysms, and die from burst aneurysms at any and all ages.

Although not all aneurysms are genetic, they can and still do occur at all ages.

My ex passed of a burst cerebral aneurysm just over a year ago.

My twin brother miraculously survived one in his early thirties.

And yes he should have been criminally prosecuted for claiming that his vitamins supplements treat covid

um, vitamins build up your immune system and help prevent one from getting covid or any other type of transmittable virus.

and, he was repeating what doctors he had on his show had said.

i followed the advice of those docs, took the vitamins and supplements they recomended, and did not get covid at all.

oh, and i got my 70+ year old mother on the same regiment, and she did not get covid at all.

see, the man does good things to help people.

Also I don't know if this is cognitive dissonance on your part or just plain intellectual dissonance there is a clear difference between just saying mean things and defaming someone
I know I've already said this 15 billion times but if someone can prove in court that you lie and that your lies caused them damages then you will be held liable
Especially when he profited off of defaming people
