almond milk is a great base for a smoothie. some have nil carbs so is great for a low carb diet. i use a nutri bullit to process the ingredients.
ingredients
just under a pint of almond milk
broccoli
handful of peanuts
heaped teaspoon of caraway seeds
blend all the ingredients. if the liquid is very thick, i like to halve it and dilute with water.
