this is probably going to send very depressing, and i'm sorry, but i feel so alone in the world. on march 11, 2011 i was discharged from the army do to a shoulder injury, and i haven't been the same since i've been home. i am engaged to be married on june 16, 2012 and i feel like i can't talk to my future wife about what i feel and think. my parents and family think i'm fine, but on the inside, i feel so distant and depressed. i'm sorry if i'm wasting everybody's time, i'm just not sure what to do.

It's understandable to feel the way you do. You had what you wanted in your grip and you were cut down in your prime from a very influential source of purpose, your job. I'm guessing you were very proud to be serving your country as are most veterans. You can still be proud of what you did. Remember, no matter how tough we men are, we are still mortal in this life. It's okay to have weakness. The Holy Bible says Jesus said this to Paul: But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. Paul was talking about his spiritual weakness in sinning, but it still applies to physical weakness. It's a waste of energy to regret what you did, and you need to tell your wife all of this. There's no reason to be ashamed. I guarantee you the enemy's strategy is to get you to focus on this as if it's a bad thing so that you drift apart from your own self-worth, then your wife, then God. Don't let that happen!!! You're a man who can say, Jesus Christ is my strength, so I don't have to be ashamed of anything! It's embarrassing to know that you've been cut down because of something you didn't have control over. That is something that might take time to heal from. Let God in. Let Him help you! Let your wife help you too! Believe me, she wants to be emotionally close to you if she's like most women I know. Intimacy with your wife makes for better woo hoo if you know what I mean. It seems the harder to tell her something is, the more intimate it is. A man that knows how to let go of his pride is romantic to them, not a sign of weakness like it is for worldly men. That's all I got. Hope this helped.

Get a church counselor.
Before you get married discuss this with your wife. If you get married without discussing the fact that you fee llike you cannot talk to her the marriage will not go well.

Get a counselor of some sort. Start with a pastor then maybe some one professional.

I have two people I talk to quite a bit, you need to do the same.

Yeah, i'm with DJness on this. But i'll reinforce the idea of discussing it with your fiance. If you can't talk to her about things, then you may need to reconsider if marriage is such a great idea. If you can't communicate with her now, you won't in marriage either.
Sounds though, as if you're suffering with some depression. Strictly as a guess, i'd say its a result of your discharge. Seems many people that come out of the military seem lost as they try to figure out how to operate in the civilian world. If the problem is centered around your military history you may want to seek out a counselor that specializes in helping former military.
