A few weeks ago in a Bible group meeting an older man in my church told me a wonderful event from earlier in his life. This man is of excellent reputation and I know him to be a man of his word.
He never learned to swim but as an older teenager he and some friends went to a lake or more of a swimming hole to get in the water. Of course he was in the shallows. One of his friend went in the deep and was struggling and then went under. He yelled for others to help but no one was close. So even though he could not swim decided he had to try to go out and dive under to get the boy under water. He said he had NEVER opened his eyes under water before.
He reached the boy under water and the boy immediately grabbed him around the neck. They both were sinking to the bottom and he knew they were going to die. Then he looked and there was a hand out reaching to him under the water. He grabbed the hand and he and other boy were pulled to shore.
They looked around and no one else was there. This is a true testimony. In my life I have heard so many wonderful testimonies like this I have decide to record them and document them on a web site that will be called "Body Life Is Now Here" does this sound a site others would be interested in?
