1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

We are to walk in the light as He is in the light.

1 Timothy 6:14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:

1 Timothy 6:15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;

1 Timothy 6:16 Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

But not that light.

Christ is our Light , he guides our feet in the right path , the path that leads to his Father and ours , his God and ours .

It means to walk with Jesus and follow His Word. Or so that’s what I think it means! I think your idea is a great one. I think in addition to that though, to walk with Him and be Christ-like is another part of that.
