There is a people that are "of Israel" outside the church. That is, they are physical descendants of Israel but have no part in the promises of God, as they are lost in unbelief.

yet according to Rom 11.
1. They are still beloved, even though they are our enemy
2. They will all be saved one day, as God removed their blindness and cleanses them.
I disagree with both points.
- The election is beloved through the promises made to the fathers. The unbelieving portion was never, and never will be, beloved of GOD.
- Paul spends three chapters (9-11) arguing his point that only a remnant is (ever) saved. It makes no sense that he would deviate from that to suddenly, and out of context, say that all will be saved. And there is nothing in the rest of scripture to support such an idea.
Because a Temple will be built during the Millenium and yes, there will be Levitical priests there and they will offer sacrifices just as Ezekiel says they will.
What an abominable, blood thirsty god that would be to needlessly sacrifice animals as a memorial.

Heb 10:1 For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.
Heb 10:2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.
Heb 10:3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year.

How can Paul say they are our enemy, but loved at the same time. Is Paul telling us to hold a standard God himself will not hold?
Wrong.
Paul spends chapters 9 - 10 saying
1. that being a physical descendant does not give you an automatic in.
2. That God did not make a mistake Choosing Israel
3. That God chose this nation before anyone did evil or good (it was not based on human reasoning. it was based on Gods purpose
then he spend chapter 11 telling us gentile believers not to get puffed up in Pride. that yes Israel is blinded in part. but this is a temporary blindness. And there will come a time (when the time of th egentiles is fulfilled) that ALL Israel will be saved.

why would they be offering sacrifice when the lamb slain before the foundation of the world is ruling there? this makes no sense.

You may say what you will about the LORD (Jesus Christ) Who commanded these sacrifices, but there is no way I will say anything about what He commanded and what will be done in the future.

The distinction being that those sacrifices were needed as a memorial to remind people of their sin debt before GOD until the perfect sacrifice would come. Once he came there was no need for bloody reminders of the penalty for sin.

Eze 43:26 Seven days shall they purge the altar and purify it; and they shall consecrate themselves.

Now remember this is the Temple built in Jersualem AFTER the return of Christ.

they were done until the true lamb came
they were a schoolmaster to lead us to christ.
christ came. thus the need for sacrifice has been done away with. never again will we need this.
God is not going to restor nature, where th elion and lamb sleep together, only to kill a bunch of lambs.
