When we realized all the sins that we have committed in our lives and that we need a Savior so we wouldn't go to hell then we will have a repentant heart and cry out to the Lord for forgiveness. Then God will give us a new heart and the desire to follow His will. Good works are the result of our salvation. If we love God with all our hearts and soul and mind and strength, we will follow His commands. The Holy Spirit will help us do all His will and become perfect in His eyes. And I believe with all my heart that the Bible is the word of God so it's the only true words that I trust in this corrupted world with full of deception from satan. What really matters is the good news, the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He died for our sins so we could be reconciled to God and be in Heaven with Him. Other than that, are only distractions to deceive us to keep our minds busy arguing or discussing the things that don't matter at all, instead of denying ourselves daily and following Jesus, praising and worshiping Him alone! Only Jesus deserves all the Glory and Honor we could ever give for dying on the cross to pay for our sins. And Jesus is the only Way, the Truth and the Life to our Father in Heaven. God can hear our prayers through Jesus Christ alone, we don't need anything nor any saints to help us connect to God. Only Jesus!
