My friend got shot today..while walking in on a armed robbery today at a grocery store in NC...He tried to take the gun away from him but got shot while doing this..he is okay praise the lord but is in a lot of pain...he is only 19..

Chezz, so sorry for Tyler, you, and everyone else who has been traumatized by this. All are in my prayers.
 
Thank you Lord, that your children bring their petitions that we may stand together and declare your word. Bless Chezz Lord for her devotion to you and her faith. We all stand on yournWord and pray together for your precious child Tyler, that he will be treated with love and compassion while you fully heal and restore him. May all who love him be drawn together around him, being strengthened and encouraged by this young mans witness. Thank you Lord, that you protect him and that you give him peace amongst this storm. We thank you that he was your hands and feet Jesus, taking that gun before more could be hurt. We do not fully understand your ways Lord, but we know you are all we need, we place our trust in you for the full healing in body and mind, for Tyler after this trauma and all his loved ones. Lifting all up.. having confidence in God in it .. knowing He works everything together for His greater good ..
man he grabbed the Gun? who knows what would have happened had He not .. God may very well have used him to save a lot more lives .. wow ! praise God he's okay!
 
Speedy recovery to Tyler! TY Jesus he wasn't killed!!!!! Let your glory manifest itself from this incident! TY for your angels watching over him!

I can't help but think of this thread when coming across your thread, Chezz. Way to go for your friend for standing up to injustice! May God see Tyler through his pain and reward him in accordance with His will.
 
Father in Heaven, hear our prayers for Tyler. May he heal quickly and be free of pain. Give his family and friends strength to support him and help him thru this. A young man who has done nothing wrong, may he be free from emotional scars as well. He tried to help, may this never stop him from helping again in the future. Praise to you God, that he wasn't hurt worse. Please guide the people around him to provide whatever he needs, please see that he does not bear any burden from walking into a situation and trying to help. Praise to you God, that a 19 yr old man would have the courage to react quickly and try to help. Heal him in your name Father, Amen.
