I don't think I qualify for senior citizen status yet. I joined a Bible Study for senior citizens and when I went the first time I asked if they minded if I participated even though it'd be a while before I qualify.

There used to be a chat room. It sounds like there were not enough donations to keep it going. I wouldn't think that would be expensive, but I really do not know. I have found a chatroom elsewhere, but it is not very busy yet. It looks like someone joins almost every day though, so it may grow into something good.

Hello quietlady53, I am also new to Chat. I've been a Christian since 1977 and have never looked back. The Lord has been good to me and it has been quite an adventure (hills and valleys) but He has been there through it all.
