Hi all :)

Thought would be nice to know who is from UK and locality ( don’t need to be specific).

I live in the West Midlands :)

We have a few from the UK here. I don't offhand remember who they are, but they are here. Give them a bit and they'll pipe up.

Thanks Ahava! I agree. I live in a city but can travel to a beautiful part of Highland Perthshire in about an hour or so. From crowded streets to forests, lochs and mountains. The beauty of God's creation. God Bless You :)

That’s lovely for you to be able to do that :) Indeed, God’s creation is beautiful and we can see it if we look hard for it even in cities :) I also live in a city and it is nice to get into the green and be by the water :)

We've been to the UK... my brother and sister in law live in Cambridge. We spent about a week in Scotland, golfed at St Andrews, saw Edinburgh, did a Highland bus tour.... just loved it. Didn't see Nessie, though.... :cry:
God willing, we plan to go to Ireland this fall.... part of that trip includes a few days in Edinburgh... .I'm happy about that. I'm ready to see it again... beautiful country... great folks.

Although lived in South of England for quite a number of years...

My Dad was a Scot from Lanarkshire...

My pre-19th century ancestors came from Wales, we descended from the last, true, Prince of Wales, Owain Glyndwr. 🤴

Some before King Charles III, stole the title, now he is the recognized Prince of Wales. 🙂
