I downloaded and installed the Christian Chat app for Mac OS and I cannot connect to chat. I got the message "Connection problem! Check your wifi/data connection. Then try again."

I uninstalled and re-installed. I have firewall disabled. I allowed the app in security and privacy settings. I am using the latest version 3.5.2. My Mac computer is connected to the internet.

Not sure if this will have any effect or not, but a good first step is to ensure you have Adobe Air installed.

I went to the get.adobe.com site to download Adobe Air.

A pop-up message states: "Adobe AIR Already Installed. This version of Adobe AIR is already installed on your system."

Still no luck with the Mac OS app.

Update:

I tried a new installation of the CC app after Adobe AIR. It works.

Fixed. I went to the get.adobe.com site for Adobe AIR. It said AIR was already installed but after re-installing the CC app, it works.
