So my wife and I have been attending a new church for about a year. I have seen little wrong with the teachings of the church, but recently I have been offered to become a future worship leader in the church. This is a big deal to me so I decided to research the church, which seems to only do good in the community....but I found that my church's lead pastor has rubbed elbows with some....controversial characters, mostly from the ARC, which up until this point I thought was a good organization until I started doing some googling.
I'm a little worried and need some guidance from somebody outside of the situation.
