the problem is tat the US Constitution and the federalist papers were written by capitolists for capitolists that's why we are a democratic republic and not a republican democracy. They were afraid the poor would take over and anarchy would rule over the rich. They still fear that which is why all atempts at socialized medicine here have only been half measures.

not realy, that's like saying the liver and kidneys are the same. Comunisim and marxism are the same and support a one party system and total government control over people, socialism is quite different where the people have total control over the government. What it often has became though, you are correct about because the people failed to enforce the rule of law over the government. Kind of like what would happen if only republicans or only democrats were in charge here.
