There is prophe'c'y and prophe's'y and what the difference between both, do you 'perceive' first of all?
Regarding 'unknown tongues' spoken in Churches, Apostle stops at verse 28. And verse 29, he talks about prophets with gifts of 'prophecy' and also another gifted one to judge their prophecy to be of truth. The same 'order' is also required here, where two or three may give the 'prophecy' at a time and each take turns.
A serving gifted person speaking in unknown tongues and with interpretation and two or three at a time, 'in the spirit, prays and give thanks and praises GOD, who is SPIRIT, in Heavenly language/tongue', interceding on behalf of the Church and for the church who posses other serving gifts and one self in 'edification' of all. GOD wants all in Church to understand the 'meaning' what is interceded to HIM, and as the serving gifted ones 'ends', they may all say, 'Amen'. Therefore they all have been 'edified' by unselfish gifted one who serve in the spirit, also serve others according to the written truth, as one's worship to GOD in 'spirit' and 'truth', as HE will HIS 'spiritual' children to do/practice and abide and bear much fruit and their fruit also abide.
Speaking in unknown tongues with interpretation for edification, without interpretation and for oneself's edification, do them in 'silent' between that person and GOD, or with interpretation and for everyone's edification as a Church/Body of CHRIST, do them two or three at a time, in 'utterance' for everyone to hear - intercedes - gift that prays, give thanks and praises - 1 Corinthians 14; 14-17.
Moreover in 'written context' for obedience and submission to GOD and honoring CHRIST brethren, Apostle Paul is talking to all 'brothers' and 'not at all sisters'. Down the verses 32-35, he requires women to be silent regarding 'truth justification' carried out by 'brothers' and they are to 'learn in silent'. Therefore a 'sister' who does/practice in contrary to the 'truth', contradicts and only continue practicing 'lawlessness'.
As it is written;
"Get rid of the yeast."
Again apart from the 'written truth' and not practiced, they are just false spirit in disguise true action with a twist or false believers who are 'Spiritually gifted', but have go on ahead only serving in the 'spirit', while have forsaken and be ignorant to the 'written truth', word/teaching of CHRIST of the New Covenant/testament/Agreement and are practicing 'lawlessness' and influencing others who are 'weak' as well.
In the book Revelation, CHRIST mentioned about the spirit of jezebel and balaam present in HIS church. And it is not surprising they are here today. If 'brothers' we remain 'ignorant' and 'in distinguish between the spirit of error and spirit of truth', we rather forget the HOLY BIBLE all at once and pick and choose when needed what we require to 'suite' everyone else and therefore let loose every 'spirits' and every christs, to 'murder' GOD's innocent lambs and sheep from Grace and Truth.
Therefore in the name of LORD JESUS CHRIST fight a Good fight brethren and shut stupid the 'ignorant' and 'false spirit' as 'imposters' and 'counterfeits' who are 'ignorant' among us and in false action practicing 'lawlessness'. They boldly think they are 'smart' and they are 'clever mixer of drinks' and having us drunk all the time, hindering us to find our way home.
Repent while you can bunch of snakes and show offs and start acknowledging and live honoring CHRIST of the New Covenant/Testament, for these and all 'testified', is as 'a reminder' and 'a stir up of memory', of the 'every word/teaching that proceeded out of the mouth of GOD', to those who say that they worship GOD in 'spirit' and 'truth'.
Verily, verily i say onto you that many of you pay attention and serve in the 'spirit' according to your placed gifts, but pay less attention in 'context', every word/teaching of 'grace' and 'truth' that proceeded out of the mouth of GOD through CHRIST the 'Living water' of all and therefore are in 'lawlessness'.
As it is written;
"They praise Me with their lips but their hearts are far away from me."
