I meant, praise God for William Tyndale and Coverdale and the people that encouraged King James. So that I could read the word of God own my own.

I always wondered this since they deny the true nature of God. Jehovahs witnesses and Mormons do not have the same Christ as the Bible but only God can judge.

What do you think?
the JWs knocked on my door today while i was sleeping! i was so mad. i work at night and sleep when i can in the day.
my car was in the driveway so they knew someone was home but i wasn't answering and they kept knocking. and knocking loud!!! i saw their shadows at the curtain and tried to go back to sleep but couldn't.

what an annoying religion.

My mom ussually has several signs telling them "You are not welcome"... But, if I´m her home, I chat with them a while (I like the way they are dressed) and I often laughed at the way they are so sure GOD has the name they insist on... :)

Well!
I´m not trinitarian... Hope He sees what I cannot see (as many of you).

God is ONE and, His Son, is His chosen ONE.

when i do talk to them i usually tell the young trainee to obey their parents but when they are old enough, make up their own mind and not be bullied into believing anything. i feel sorry for the young people they drag with them.

God has always dealt harshly with the unrighteous, according to scripture.

Too many liberals today just can't be bothered with the truth...
One tiny thing:

If GOD is so concerned (and worried) for that lack of knowledge we ALL have (or had) why not giving human race a better picture than words?

The whole Bible, basically, is a second hand experience of those who met Him, who learnt from Him... If I needed to be known, if I badly knew I´m missunderstood and "unknown", I surely would update my account of faKebook, in all my blogs in the www, etc. to give a better picture of the one I am and, additionally to these, I will phone call those who are seeking me (just two or 3 people in this world) because as long as I am far from them THEY NEED ASSURANCE that I am alive, that I care for them, etc.

Hope my opinion bothered no one here, because that is not the way of GOD, but the way of selfrighteousness.

Let me put it this way:

Does someone believe in the Savior, if s/he insists that He is not God?

They´re not as bad as that! They keep on babling what they have belived. I have visited their places, a couple of time but, each time I went, they read their Watctower, their literature, and i felt unconfortable, because they always repeated what their brouchures said they have to say so, I will never go back to "share" what they say they have to share.

No doubt GOD will pick from any of those "unsaved" but, my concern is working on my salvation, try my best to deserve His sight and mercy.

At least I understand you DESERVE TO REST when others molest.

Have a nice day tomorrow! coz I guess you are at working hours.

Ignorant unbelievers

It´s good to know this is a forum, not the inquisition.

Re: You're busted...

What the Greek says IS the issue.

I think at this point, it would be better to give you a wet paper bag to dig your way out of....rotflol...!

Well, since you can't address the contradiction I guess it's time to move on.

can you back that up with scripture?
Who can denied GOD?

But he extrapolated this: "1Jn 2:23 Everyone who rejects the Son doesn't have the Father either. The person who acknowledges the Son also has the Father. "

1Jn 2:23 No one who denies the Son has the Father. Whoever confesses the Son has the Father also.

Good these are not talking of 3 persons. :)

2Ti 2:11 The saying is trustworthy, for: If we have died with him, we will also live with him;
2Ti 2:12 if we endure, we will also reign with him; if we deny him, he also will deny us;
2Ti 2:13 if we are faithless, he remains faithful— for he cannot deny himself.

I'm not talking about what is required to be a member of your church, I'm asking what is the requirement to be saved?

Believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and follow Him.

No.

The Holy Bible is composed of first-hand inspired accounts.

Stalling...

Well, since you can't address the contradiction I guess it's time to move on.
The onus is upon you, as you made the assertion in the first place.

Waiting...
