Are Soulmates and Soul Ties Biblical?
If defined as God has one person in the world perfectly fitted for you then no.
Mark 10:7-9 (ESV)
7 ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, 8 and the two shall become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two but one flesh. 9 What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate."
If defined as once married, they become your soulmate, then yes.
Are Soul Ties Biblical through acts of the flesh?
To be one flesh is both a physical, mental, and spiritual act. But not in the sense of a mystical binding.
If you divorce out of non-biblical allowances then it is a sin just as any other sin that Jesus died for. The only thing tying you to the bondage of sin is your mind. Your unwillingness to accept Jesus's forgiveness.
What of sexual immorality?
1 Corinthians 6:16 mentions adultery or fornication but again although sinful, you are set free in Christ from condemnation.
✝️Repent and live in His grace, forgiveness, and stop with the lists of works that you must do to break the so-called soul ties. ✝️
The only thing connecting you to others is your guilt and refusal to accept forgiveness. Give it over to God, and turn to sanctification (living how God intended us to live).
What of a vow?
Numbers 30:2
New International Version
2 When a man makes a vow to the Lord or takes an oath to obligate himself by a pledge, he must not break his word but must do everything he said.
A marriage covenant done with God (this excludes marriages that do not include God.) A vow broken again doesn't tie you but the opposite of being tied is to be broken/untied. Still a sin to break your marriage vow under the New Testament guidance but not binding as Numbers 30:2 was under the Mosiac law.
Another reason one flesh isn't soul-binding because the Greek doesn't give that meaning to the word.

Definition: Flesh
Meaning: flesh, body, human nature, materiality; kindred.
A kindred spirit. Physically shared, mentally agreed, and spiritually united on Christ.
