Jesus taught that his righteousness (Matt. 5:10&20) surpassed and superseded that of those who obeyed and taught the law
(cf. Matt. 12:5-12, 19:3-9, Heb. 7:18-10:1). The law is represented by John the Baptist in Matt. 3:11a, “I baptize you with water [WB] for repentance” [forgiveness of sins indicated in the Torah, cf. Rom. 7:4-8:17], and Spirit baptism (SB) is indicated in Matt. 3:11b, “but after me will come one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not fit to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.”

However, some people (“Actsers”) focus on events in Acts such as WB and glossolalia rather than on teachings in the epistles about faith/SB being what is essential (“Faithers”). The book of Acts does not teach foundational Christian doctrine but merely records what occurred during the early days of the church era as the revelation of GRFS transitioned from OT beliefs to the NT doctrine that is taught in the epistles, which never command WB or tongues as signs of SB or as essential for salvation.

By the last of Paul’s epistles, WB came to be understood as a good but non-essential work or rite, like physical circumcision, and the basis for believing folks are filled with the HS is reflecting God’s love for everyone (Matt. 22:37-40, 1John 4:7-21, John 13:35, Rom. 5:5, Gal. 5:6 & 22, etc.). Then, like now, the rite is performed as an apt way of portraying saving faith in the atonement of Christ, even though the work is not required, just as physical circumcision was not required for salvation either per Paul in Romans 3:21-5:1.

Regarding speaking in tongues, the original occurrence at Pentecost (in Acts 2:4-11) and for awhile longer was earthly languages given as a sign that fulfilled Joel 2:28-32 (cf. Isa. 28:11-12 cited in 1Cor.14:21), which reversed Babel and evangelized 3,000 people, thereby ensuring the planting of the first Christian church, but by the time of its occurrence in the church at Corinth it had morphed into a faux gift of mere babbling, which Paul tried to quash tactfully (1Cor. 14:19, possibly because pagan religions practiced it), writing that the gift would cease (1Cor. 13:8-13), so one should not be myopic and focus only on a problematic proof-text (1Cor. 14:18), ignoring the absence of affirming tongues in other Pauline epistles.
Your teacher erroneously writes:

"""...but by the time of its occurrence in the church at Corinth it had morphed into a faux gift of mere babbling, which Paul tried to quash tactfully (1Cor. 14:19, possibly because pagan religions practiced it),....""

Now the bible unedited and untwisted:

1 cor 14
15 What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.
16 Else when thou shalt bless with the spirit, how shall he that occupieth the room of the unlearned say Amen at thy giving of thanks, seeing he understandeth not what thou sayest?
17 For thou verily givest thanks well, but the other is not edified.
18 I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all:
19 Yet in the church I had rather speak five words with my understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an unknown tongue.

THE ACTUAL INSTRUCTION FOR THE GIFT OPERATING IN THE CHURCHES.
NO ERRONEOUS CASTING DOWN OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

You hang around with heretics

Yes ordinary men living now in the same power as the early church of acts.

Look up David Hogan.
Hundreds raised from the dead.

Ordinary modern men, anointed as were the ordinary men in the book of acts.
So you make a false accusation and don't acknowledge it?

Over the last 3 or 4 years, i have noticed this hyperpauline movement is taking hold, in ministries and believers.
I have also noticed that season Saints readily see the error of it, and point out those errors to no avail.

So far, in the ones that I have encountered every single one of them is a cessationist.
They incorrectly believe that all miracles, signs, and wonders, in spite of what the Bible says, have ceased.
And God has a "gone fishing" sign on that particular window.

Are there any hyperpaulines that are also full gospel in their position?

Hi... does not "hyper-Pauline" refer to those that put Pauls teachings above Christs? What about those that do the flip side? A personal believe is being stated here as fact which is unwise. As He said the lame walk the deaf talk the blind see and the dead come to life... I see it all the time. He said if you doubt your like a ship tossed about...let not that man think he will get anything from God.

What matters is the believe the trust Christ came in the flesh died for the sin of the world and rose the 3rd day the only way to the Father. Like the song playing Who He Is.... Jamie MacDonald. Who He is ...He is never going let me go......Hes my savior Hes my friend!

Oh... I wanna keep going.. I am also another one that is counting my blessing... I will keep counting my blessing knowing I can't count that high. Keep your eyes on Him Christ... stay in His word... and do what He told you to do.. just believe no matter what you see hear or feel you stand on His word and you praise Him you thank Him .. for you can...the only one that keeps His word.

What is "full gospel"? How is this specifically defined?

Well, I define it this way: "Gospel" means the good news that Christ's atonement makes it possible to be saved to heaven.

The short way of stating God's requirement for being receiving the Gospel is to “Accept Christ Jesus as Lord” (as in 2Cor. 4:5 & Col. 2:6).
The full Gospel can be explained or elaborated as follows:
  1. There is a/one all-loving and just Lord or Creator God (Deut. 6:4, John 3:16, 2Thes. 1:6), who is both able (2Tim. 1:12) and willing (1Tim. 2:3-4, Ezek. 33:11) to provide all morally accountable human beings salvation or heaven—a wonderful life full of love, joy and peace forever.
  2. Human beings are selfish or sinful (Rom. 3:23, 2Tim. 3:2-4, Col. 3:5), miserable (Gal. 5:19-21), and hopeless (Eph. 2:12) or hell-bound at the judgment (Matt. 23:33 & 25:46) when they reject God’s salvation (John 3:18, Rom. 2:5-11).
  3. Jesus is God’s Messiah/Christ and incarnate Son, the way that God has chosen (John 3:16, Acts 16:30-31, Phil. 2:9-11) of providing salvation by means of his atoning death on the cross for the payment of the penalty for the sins of humanity (Rom. 3:22-25 & 5:9-11), followed by his resurrection to reign in heaven (1Cor. 15:14-28).
  4. Thus, every person who hears the NT Gospel needs to repent and accept God’s grace or justification in Jesus as Christ/Messiah the Lord or Supreme Commander (Luke 2:11, John 14:6, Acts 16:31), which means trying to obey His commandment to love one another (Matt. 22:37-40, John 13:35, Rom. 13:9)—forever (Matt. 10:22, Psa. 113:2).
  5. Then God’s Holy Spirit will establish a saving relationship with all who truly accept/love Him (Rev. 3:20) that will eventually achieve heaven after Christ returns at God’s resurrection of all saved souls when everyone cooperates fully with His will (John 14:6, 17&26, Rom. 8:6-17, Gal. 6:7-9, Eph. 1:13-14, Heb. 10:36, 12:1, Jam. 1:2-4).

Sounds like another way to gain authority power and domanion. Telling people things that would please them, offering things that they might want to get them to follow, and obey.

I am talking about this threads topic.

Yep.
Experience mostly comes before Revelation or knowledge.
It can happen in reverse.

But my experience, if from God, will always be AUTHENTICATED in the word.

Thank God for his hands on approach to us.

Otherwise it is abstract, theory, and labels.

Willingly learning g daily new, not having to, choosing to, thanking Father and Son in the true love given to love and not hate anymore, thank you to you too as we each grow from God to know and learn here first about what evil is and does

I always wonder, what will the cessationist do when they need a miracle.
They dump faith by declaring GOD powerless.
Then when they need a miracle they have that starting place with God as the Pharisees had.
No faith.

Just sad.
True.
I have been in that trap.

Anything God gives to equip the church, being cast aside for logic sake is sin.

Sin is "missing the mark"
The cessationist is correct in their minds, but God's word testifies against their erroneous belief.
They say " tongues have ceased"

That same verse they try to interpret also says " knowledge will cease"

Apparently so if they get all the error of that verse
They need to own up to the entire verse.
Admit they have no knowledge or tongues.

1 cor 13
8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

An overcomer is not a bad thing.
It is our portion.
If I showcase "the armor of God", am I also doing the bad things you are suggesting?

The gifts are still in operation.

Are the dead still raised?
Yes.
That is still happening.

Are the sick still healed?
Yes that is still happening.

Are people still being saved?
Yes.

Is the evangelist given power/anointing to do his Job?

Nothing has ceased.
Men ....backslidden men, declare there is no power.

I do not know who pauline is, but i am fully invested in the gospel.
"Pauline" is a title to what Paul wrote, or his doctrine.
"Pauline:" refers to that.

Hyperpauline, is a movement of error.

They are mostly correct in Paul's teaching, although it is noteworthy they mess it up somewhat.
Their glaring error that most any bible student notices, is that there is a bizarre need to diminish Peter, James, John, and Jesus.

IOW, ONLY Paul had the correct gospel in their erroneous teaching.
Even Jesus did not teach the gospel in their misunderstanding.

When shown the bible, they hit default.
They cast down truth.

I believe it is another deceptive man made road that puffs up their SPECIAL REVELATION.

It borders on a cult.
