Are you able to preclude the wrath of someone?
• Pro 19:11,12 -> ”Good sense makes one slow to anger, and it is his glory to overlook an offense. A king's wrath is like the growling of a lion, but his favor is like dew on the grass.”.
• Pro 16:14,15 -> “A king's wrath is a messenger of death, and a wise man will appease it. In the light of a king's face there is life, and his favor is like the clouds that bring the spring rain.”.
• Pro 20:2 -> “The terror of a king is like the growling of a lion; whoever provokes him to anger forfeits his life.”.
Many people think that, if the person is weak, they are picayune and, for this, they didn’t care about the feelings arisen in them. Nonetheless, remember what James said:
• Jas 2:5 -> “Listen, my beloved brothers, has not God chosen those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom, which he has promised to those who love him?”.
Furthermore, each person is a “king” on one area. If we provoke this one to wrath, certainly we will attract their anger on us. Even if the person doesn’t have authority (for instance, a policeman, governor, king, etc.), if we hurt them, certainly we will bring the Creator’s wrath against us (Deut 15:9; Exodus 22:26).
So, seek always the wisdom of the Creator and follow the commandments of Jesus in Matthew 5:39-48 so that nobody gets angry at you. Remember what Jesus said:
• Mat 5:23-26 -> “So if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar and go. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. Come to terms quickly with your accuser while you are going with him to court, lest your accuser hand you over to the judge, and the judge to the guard, and you be put in prison. Truly, I say to you, you will never get out until you have paid the last penny.”
So, have a good day only stirring up good feelings around you and, if for some reason someone gets furious at you, follow the next advice:
• Ecc 10:4 -> “If the anger of the ruler rises against you, do not leave your place, for calmness will lay great offenses to rest.”
