Are you able to see the wonders of Creator in your life (Ps 40:5)?
• Pro 16:29 -> “A violent man enticeth his neighbour, and leadeth him into the way that is not good.”.
We need to be careful in order not to be cheated by the violent and their way to sort out the problem (see Prov 22:24-25). Let’s see all the marvels that the Creator worked in our life.
Israel didn’t see and this was terrible for them:
• Amo 2:9-11 -> “Yet destroyed I the Amorite before them, whose height was like the height of the cedars, and he was strong as the oaks; yet I destroyed his fruit from above, and his roots from beneath. Also I brought you up from the land of Egypt, and led you forty years through the wilderness, to possess the land of the Amorite. And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazarites. Is it not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the LORD.”.
The Creator:
1 – destroyed the higher and stronger enemies than the Israelites thoroughly, from above to beneath;
2 – brought them up from the serfdom of Egypt;
3 – led them forty years through the wilderness to possess the land from what flows milk and honey;
4 – raised up of their sons for prophets, and of their young men for Nazarites, that is to say, provide people God-fearing through whom He could manifest His will and miracles:
• Deu 4:7 -> “For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for”.
Unfortunately, they couldn’t be grateful for all these blessings. They couldn’t see how privileged they were. In virtue of this, they made violence against the saints:
• Amo 2:12 -> “But ye gave the Nazarites wine to drink; and commanded the prophets, saying, Prophesy not.”.
And what about us? Are we being able to see all the greatness that Jesus has done in our life? Or do we take all of what we are and have for granted? Be careful following the advice of the Psalmist:
• Ps 37:1-3 -> “Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.”
Moreover, have a miraculous day having delight in the Creator and His teachings (Ps 37:4) because, at the right time (Gal 6:9), your justice and grace will super abound where the sin abound (Ps 37:5,6; Rom 5:20).
