Passport arrived. Showed my cousin, and he said I don't have my glasses on. He couldn't recognise me.
Thing is you aren't allowed to wear glasses in your passport photo!

Where is it?
Sorry I can't see it on here.
i haven't posted 1. little by little, i'm thinking of posting 1. my wonderful friend Magenta sent me info on how to do it. maybe someday, my wife will help me to post. i don't know how to do anything except type remarks on this site. i'm not modern, totally don't like the modern tech. it's a source of a huge amount of disrespect, discourtesy, selfishness & lack of responsibility. here's an example: i list antiques on f.b.m.p. people send a response. i send 1 back. there may be a few more responses & then they disappear. so i'm left waiting, especially when i ask a question or make a comment that deserves a return response. now, when have you ever heard of talking to someone on the phone & suddenly someone stops talking? right, NEVER! so if someone doesn't return a response i throw them out of my contacts & phone. & guess what happens next? they see that i threw them out & you can tell they're thinking: "what happened, he deleted me"! then they text or call back because they are sorry. it works almost every time. all of us antique dealers lost lots of time believing that people will show up when they say they will or call back when they say they will. so a few years ago, i initiated a new strategy. for example, when hosting a sale & someone says, " i'll be back in a few hours to buy that", i say, "give me x amount of dollars & i'll hold it for you", they refuse & that's when you know they are not for real!

I think you just have a photo (name.jpg) already saved to your desktop, click on insert image icon above next to the link icon or use the keys command P then either drag your image using your mouse/fingers into the 'drop image' box and it's there.
You can click on 'drop image' and it will come up with your files, select the image you want, open it, and it will put it in the post.
Then hit reply.

Easy once you know how. If you can click on things and drag things or open files, you can post a photo.
Unless you don't know how to save a photo to your computer...? Do you need instructions on that as well? Do you know how to take a photo/selfie???

Some people need time to think before making a purchase. They have to think if they are willing to spend the money, what's in their budget, how they gonna pay for it, ask their spouse what they think, and find somewhere to put the antique. They may want to enquire about the provenance, and if it does not match what they are after, may tell you, but they under no obligation to buy it.

Not everyone can make those decision on the spot.

Online shopping is a mixed bag as you cannot see the product or feel it yourself. Photos only tell you so much, plus the colours may come out different depending on the lighting. At most photos can give a snapshot of a moment in time, and of course its different, and we age, and look different from day to day. Women also look different if they wearing make-up as opposed to going au naturel.

People can unfairly judge a person (or product) by their appearance. It can take a lot of time to groom oneself to look presentable. Just sayin'

choosing to buy an item is different from responding with respect, accountability & responsibility. people should tell you something like: "i'll get back to you in a few hours, i need time to think this over". another guy, yesterday, said, "i'll check in the a.m. tomorrow". haven't heard from him either!

mm people don't always have to get back to you if they aren't sure about something.
I know that's annoying but some people just don't have closure skills, it's like say dumping someone, no way to reject someone without causing pain. So that's why people ghost.
Also sales people can hound people though they just doing a follow up call maybe.

Bosses often do this to their workers and its really annoying because they are the ones meant to have the responsibility and accountability to their underlings, otherwise the staff don't know where they at and are doing all this work for nothing. Bosses need to give feedback. A lot seem too busy to care.

It is an online emergency dispatcher game... check it out.
Ha I don't really play online games, but this one sounds alright if I want to kill some time. That said, I wouldn't want to be a firey it sounds way too dangerous for me to even contemplate, and my reflexes aren't that great to be able to make life or death decisions like that, esp if fire is involved.
My mum never let me have candles in the house, because if left unattended, anything could happen. I'm very cautious about fire/naked flames. I don't even like lighting a gas stove.

Birthday candles ok, but she thought tea lights were a bad idea. I just had them for aromatherapy.
I don't light fireworks, but sparklers are ok. My bros were really into fireworks when we were younger.
