• Pro 14:33 -> “Wisdom resteth in the heart of him that hath understanding; But that which is in the inward part of fools is made known.”.
• Pro 12:23 -> “A prudent man concealeth knowledge: but the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness.”.
• Pro 29:11 -> “A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.”.
Those who are understood can make to rest the wisdom in their heart, concealing all the ken until the right moment. The fools, however, don’t find peace in their heart. So they end up exposing all foolishness (wickedness) that they harbor in their heart and mind.
• Ecc 10:3 -> “Yea also, when he that is a fool walketh by the way, his wisdom faileth him, and he saith to every one that he is a fool.”.
The fool (wicked) can’t cope with peace, even if the Creator imparts it to them:
• Isa 57:19-21 -> “I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him. But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.”
Hence it is said:
• Pro 12:16 -> “A fool's wrath is presently known: but a prudent man covereth shame.”.
Every prudent man knows how to deal with knowledge, use the ken correctly, but the fool lays open his folly (Pro 13:16).
• Pro 15:2 -> “The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness.”.
And the reason for this can be seen below:
• Pro 15:28 -> “The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.”.
