As we began to start my uncles funeral yesterday, his wife passes away. I am asking everyone to keep my cousins Richard & Sonny lifted in prayer as they deal with this devastating loss of both parents. They are believers. Their mom had 5 other living children and I ask for prayer over them as well as all the grandchildren who have lost both grandparents within days of each other. I see it as a blessing that the Lord did not allow either to suffer long or with out the other from the cancer which took them both. I am standing on "the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit". I thank you for your prayers for the boys and their families.

3Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. 5For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows.

I had been thinking of your aunt from the post about your uncle. How sweet and how kind of the Lord to allow her to follow so quickly. ♥
And how sad for their children, who are in my prayers, and the entire family, too.
