Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
1/2 cup fat-free milk
2 medium ripe avocados, peeled, seeded and quartered
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender container and cover. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Season to taste with additional ground red pepper, if desired. Spoon dip into serving bowl. Cover surface with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 20.
