This is something that us Christians should do daily, because if we see life from an every-day routine experience, we will really be stale in our walk with God.
*First contemplate what life is in reality as a whole, since there are so many aspects to it such as:
-The time it lasts: Everybody will surely experience physical death at a time which is unknown to most people. Some however will know when due to other circumstances.
-The way life exists: Life exists (including ours) because of intelligent order in molecular to universal arrange of matter and energy, certainly it isn't an accident. A simple seed proves creation. Since the way it is made had to be perfect in all it's aspects to work from the beginning, simply couldn't have come from evolution.
-The reason we are living for: Are we living for objects? for people? for our feelings? All of these things can disappoint us. So why put our faith in any of these?
We know our souls will leave our bodies one day. We know that people can hate and betray us. We know money and objects don't satisfy us.
And if we believe that God created the universe, and we believe that He will judge those who sin against us, and if we know that there is nothing hidden to Him; no feeling, no thought, no action.
Shouldn't we live at peace? Shouldn't we live in Joy?
If our lives have been lied down for His will to be put in action in our lives, and He knows it all. What can we really ask for? Does He not know what is best for you?
To those of us who have been bought by the blood of Christ, and LIVE according to His purpose and have chosen to not gratify the flesh there is nothing we can lose. Our hope is in our salvation thanks to His resurrection.
Romans 8:38-39
For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
If Jesus Christ is Lord, and if in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God, then keep His Commands.
