A Bronx judge has ruled that saggy pants are not, in fact, illegal and do not constitute "Disorderly Conduct." The ruling comes in a case where a gentleman was issued a summons because he was wearing "his pants down below his buttocks exposing underwear [and] potentially showing private parts," says Gothamist.
The judge didn't think that saggy pants qualified, and interprets the constitution as protecting foolishness:
“

While most of us may consider it distasteful, and indeed foolish, to wear ones pants so low as to expose the underwear, as the Court stated in O'Gorman, "people can dress as they please, wear anything, so long as they do not offend public order and decency."... Moreover, "the Constitution still leaves some opportunity for people to be foolish if they so desire."”

Congratulations. You're allowed to show off your underwear. But I'm also allowed to pull them up for you so beware.


 
LOL! Do you ever wonder who first thought showing their underwear in public would be cool???!!!

I have a idea! I think all senior citizens should start showing their granny panties and we'll see how cool THAT is, k?
 
Saggy pants need not be necessarily worn so low . I wear them just like ur regular jeans and they still look kool .
 
Its also legal to swear and make obscene gestures in public. Just because something is legal doesn't mean its right.

Maybe to most people it is, but to me its not very different because around here that is how gang members dress and I think its an expression of general disrespect, sort of like having a big "____ you!" sticker on your car.

Just remember in prisons it symbolizes who is "available" if you catch my drift. So just remember that and it becomes humorous thatt these guys think it's "tough" to wear pants that sag.

Amen-Alot of stuff is legal and violates allchristian values-
lowcut shirts,miniskirts,ect-and guys with their rear hangin out or grabbin themselves or ......all that stuff-what aver happened to decency and modesty-I wonder all the time.
