Hello everyone do all churches do baptism in water?

no some dont
as far as I know all baptist churches do. They call it believers baptism and its full immersion in water rather than as in some other churches just a shower or sprinkling.

A lot of churches traditionally do their baptisms after Easter when everyone gets together but you can ask the minister to do it anytime. (can be done in a bath even)

Some only do it in summer when its warm! Cos they need to fill up the pool with water.
I cant imagine doing it in winter but some believers in Russia actually cut a hole in the ice.

I dont think salvation army do, if you call them a church, they do have services
