Should the sons be punished for the sins of their fathers through persecution from the church?

Aside from this scripture, I was reading about how two parents of a small child wanted to baptize this child in their church, it seems that the church refused baptism, based on the factual support, that the parents of the child are homosexual males.
First off, I want to thank both parents for considering your childs soul. For me that was the most important thing in question. It would appear as though you want to make his soul right with GOD. Which also raises other questions but for another discussion.
I have spoken about this on many occasions, how we alienate GOD by bringing Him down from heaven into our life and circumstances.The need to have GOD on his knees, in order for us to stand with our head above water, or stand in the eyes of other people.
So the degrading of the FATHER OF HEAVEN AND EARTH is likened to the persecution of Jesus Christ his son. Let me put it this way, the Author and Creator of Life, we have said no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back to the original question should the church allow this child to be baptized?
My answer would be yes if the following conditions were in place!!!

1. The church as whole would provide the child with the true knowledge of CHRIST JESUS.
2. The church as a whole will not engage in behavior about parents’ choice or spousal rights.
3. This child needs a foundation built upon the rock of CHRIST not the rock of CHRIST crushing this child to death and
