Love As Jesus Loves,
The time is always right to love our Lord Jesus.
The closer we come to Him the more our lives
turn around and the more we want to do as He
did. If anyone resists you, turn the other cheek
said Jesus. It is really necessary for forgiveness
to be our guide. We are not to live in vengeance
and retribution. Is that going to be easy, of course
not. Is it the right thing to do according to Jesus.
absolutely. We should never stop following His
example just because it is difficult. Love will not
fail us ever if we continue on its road to purity and
dedicated obedience. Agape love is this; that we
give and never stop and not wait for something
in return. When we really absorb God's love into
our every day being, it begins to be normal. It is
not easy but that is exactly what Christ asks us to
do. So daily it is our obligation to get better than
we were the day before. Come to us Lord Jesus.
