The guy who was deported to El Salvador illegally with no due process.

He wasn't deported illegally. There was a legal deportation order in place.
He got lots of due process before he received a deportation order years ago.
It was an "administrative error", meaning they didn't adhere to an Article II judge's order not to deport him to El Salvador, which was negated when MS13 was listed as a foreign terrorist organization. Two courts determined that he was a member of MS13.
He could've been deported to any other country in the world without error.
