I thought I had vertigo again but, I feel under the weather slightly and it doesn't feel like vertigo this time. Last night I had an excellent night sleep but am still not feeling 100%. I've been feeling sleepy during the day and just not 100%. It's almost like I'm feeling constantly buzzed but, I haven't had anything to drink.

Please pray for me because I'm tired of feeling dizzy and sleepy all day.
 
I Pray that you get well soon. Please see a medical physician if you haven't already. It's always best to take precaution before things get worst

Are you getting enough to eat, and eating healthy things?
 
An inner ear infection can cause dizziness. I went through that once and my ear didn't even hurt. It took my doctor a month or so to figure out what was wrong with me but once he did antibiotics took care of it pretty quickly.
 
I recently had labyrinthitis that caused me to have vertigo for about 10 days straight and it took months for my balance to come back. You should go to the doctor...
