To worship God, I would say one would not sin. But, having the baptism doesn't stop one from sinning. Anyone can be tempted by a weakness of flesh. For a time anyway.
Act 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
This is why we speak in tongues. One reason...we are refreshed. How many times do we feel weak and weary in this world? Because of the world spirit, and the enemy working against us?
So would we be spiritual beings we would not sin. But we are not spiritual beings so long we are not compleat changed in a new heavenly body! This will be in Future, but it is nother yet!
Umm... he is not speaking about tongues...he talking about converting ..meaning becoming a believer.
When we are born again into eternal life we are refreshed.
Didn't all receive tongues in Acts?

No wolf. Are you not a new creation in Christ Jesus? How did Jesus walk? The anointing came on Jesus in the form of a dove at His baptism. This is what we are calling giftings wolf. The anointing. If we say we live in Him, then walk as He walked. That is scripture. This is how He walked. In union with Father, moving in Spirit.
And He sent His Spirit into the world that we would have His power. Dunamis. Power to live, power to do.

The Ethiopian Eunuch didn't.
The Samaritans that Philip was preaching the things of the kingdom of heaven and the name of Jesus Christ to, didn't.
Not every one that believed and got saved spoke in tongues.
You guys are advocating for receiving the Holy Spirit separate from salvation in order to get this tongue that never comes with interpretation which is why you cannot use Acts as a reference for how you guys are claiming to get that tongue.
See the difference? I hope you can by His grace & by His help. If not, I suggest you pray to Jesus normally for this wisdom.

We do not speak in tongues as a language unknown to the speaker....
The refreshing:
Isa 28:9 To whom will he teach knowledge, and to whom will he explain the message? To children just weaned from milk? To those just taken from the breast?
Isa 28:10 For it is: "Do this and do that, do this and do that, Line upon line, line upon line, a little here, a little there."
Isa 28:11 Very well, then, by strange lips and foreign tongues the LORD will speak to this people
Isa 28:12 to whom he said, "This is the resting place, so give rest to the weary"' and "This is the place of repose"—but they would not listen.
Isa 28:13 So, then, the message from the LORD to them will become: "Do this and do that, do this and do that, line upon line, line upon line, a little here, a little there," so that they will go, but fall backward, and be injured, snared, and captured.
enow
How did Paul know that the people he laid hands on to receive Holy Spirit, actually received Him?
Why resist? I do not understand why anyone would resist the power of Holy Spirit and His gifts.
And why not trust the Lord to give good things from Himself?
Kundilini belongs to the world spirit. Is an imitation of what is truth.
But as far back as our records indicate, archeologists have discovered evidence of yoga as both a physical and spiritual practice. Among the oldest records are engravings of yogi-like figures dating over 5,000 years ago from the most thriving cities of the era, Mohenjo Daro and Harappa, in the Indus Valley Civilization (present day India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran). The development of yoga runs parallel with the rise of Eastern spirituality, and – prior to the centralized political power of religion we see today – was considered a method of direct connection with the divine. The spirit-body connection is the foundation of yoga (the word “yoga” itself is the Sanskrit word for “union”), and it remains the longest lasting spiritual practice in operation today.
