Love Tears for Fears!

Their shoot location, at the end of the video, was Durdle Door (England), just 20 minutes from where I grew up :)

Meant to say ALL scenes on location were shot in Durdle Door. Lol.

The south west is beautiful, especially the Dorset area. Really miss it.

One of my favourite as well.

Along with

Haircut 100
Dexys Midnight Runners
Depeche Mode
The Cure
Tompson Twins (I was at a concert when they were the opening act for the following group and were booked off)
Orchestral Manoeuvres in the dark.
Spandau Ballet
Queen
Freddie Mercury (when he went solo for a while)
Visage
UB40
Japan
Soft Cell
Tight Fit
Kraftwerk
Howard Jones

Could mention many more.

Although not 80's

I have an awful lot of Elvis.

MTV did not exist when I was a teenager :(
MTV came into existence on August 1st 1981. I was 15 years old. Back in the 70's, you had the Midnight Special and Don Kirshner's Rock Concert. ;)

MTV ain't what it use to be. Now when you turn on MTV, all you'll see is filth like Jersey Shore and the like.

I'll always remember this song by Spandau Ballet from the movie, "Sixteen Candles." It was so 80's.

You got that right! The closest thing to the original MTV music videos now is "Rock Fest" on VH1 Classic.

We can't forget Pat Benatar. When they first launched MTV, this was the second music video they played "You Better Run", after "Video Killed the Radio Star."
