She was, but something interesting in her story comes up that many miss...

First, she was in the gemology of Jesus Christ...

Second is that she by the Bible definition was also a virtuous woman....

Joshua 2.7 show us this clue-

God gave Satan power over everything Job had except Job himself.

John the Baptist was John the Baptist. But he functioned in the same Spirit as Elihah.

A virtuous prostitute.....wow

or she simply used the flax to hide them...............!
 
Believe what you will about Rahab, she is mentioned in the Christ line (Matt 1:5) and she is mentioned in Heb 11:31 as member of the "great cloud of witnesses" (Heb 12:1).

Her story is not unlike our own ... dead in trespasses and sins yet obtained a good report through faith (Heb 11:39).

Did you know that the entire bible is written according to a set formula? Look at Genesis 1:1 It looks like this

2 The number of letters equals 28 (7x4 = 28)
3 The first 3 Hebrew words translated "In the beginning God created" have 14 letters (7x2 = 14)
4 The last four Hebrew words "the heavens and the earth" have 14 letters (7x2 = 14)
5 The fourth and fifth words have 7 letters
6 The sixth and seventh words have 7 letters
7 The three key words: God, heaven and earth have 14 letters (7x2 = 14)
8 The number of letters in the four remaining words is also 14 (7x2 = 14)
9 The shortest word in the verse is the middle word with 7 letters
10 The Hebrew numeric value of the first, middle and last letters is 133 (7x19 = 133)
The Hebrew numeric value of first and last letters of all seven words is 1393 (7x199 = 1393)

There are at least 365 verses in the bible that say "do not fear" or "do not be afraid"
Thats one verse for every day of the year.
 
They played tennis in the bible.

Joseph served in Pharos court (don't groan too loudly)
