VERSE TO PONDER ON.....:-)
Nahum 1:3
The Lord is slow to anger but great in power; the Lord will not leave the guilty unpunished. Nahum 1:3 NIV

attachment.php

GOD HAS ALWAYS KEPT GOING AFTER US..HE ALWAYS WANT EVERYONE OF US TO BE SAVED...

Nahum is a prophet to Judah, because Israel has already been destroyed by the Assyrians. He is prophesying against Nineveh, the capitol of Assyria. Jonah had also preached to Nineveh and they had turned to God, but that turning to God was obviously short-lived. Since then, Assyria has invaded and destroyed Israel. Like Obadiah’s message to Edom, God is letting Assyria know that just because God has used them to discipline Israel doesn’t mean God is going to overlook their wrongdoing.

God’s message of judgment was to both those who had greater exposure to God, like Israel and Judah, and those who had less, like Assyria. There are none who should be outside of our reach in bring people to Christ; the same judgment awaits everyone and the same salvation is available to all.

It seems that God really has purposes for each of us!
Even for Judas, who betrayed Jesus so badly!

But even so God always gave everyone a chance, like He did to the Assyria, after He used them to "punish" Israel...

He sent Jonah to Nineveh and then Nahum...to save them, to urge them to repent...so that HE doesn't need to punish them...

Now Jesus is sent to us.. so that we may repent and submit us fully to Him, that we may live and not perish...

Are we willing to hear Jesus's teaching, to do what Jesus asking us to do?
God is just...

I myself, I and my household will always serve Him and thankful for what Jesus has done for us..

God loves you....us!!
